New Bistro - Hazy IPA with Citra, El Dorado and Vista 6.5% ABV

We are so excited to drop a fresh beer for the new year that’s brewed with 100% of our selected hops this year from @yakimachief and @hollingberyhops. It’s a true showcase of what we like in our hazy program and it’s so well represented. We are getting notes of Orange Creamsicle, Hop Fields, and a blast of fresh tropical fruit!  For the brewers reading this post, the beer name and label is a IYKYK about YKM Airport 😂!

For those unfamiliar with the story behind GOLD BROTHERS: Same recipe. 24 hours. Two different brew systems. And also a lot of friendship and tortas in between.

These are two beautiful West Coast IPAs with Citra, Nelson, and Citra Dynaboost and they’re both available today! You can find GOLD BROTHERS Ambitious Ales Edition in Bixby Knolls and GOLD BROTHERS Far Field Edition in Lawndale. We highly recommend snagging some of each half of this unique collab to see how much even the same recipe can vary from system to system. It’s research you can drink 🍻

Smiley - West Coast IPA with Mosaic Dynaboost, Peacharine and Citra 6.8% ABV

We have had our eye on Peacharine, a relatively new hop from our favorite NZ farm @freestylehops for a while and finally got a shipment in and immediately needed to brew an explosive Westie with it! Smiley showcases big stone fruit flavors blended with nice citrus and dank notes! We think this might be a new fav, it pops! Ultra Violet Rays bad, West Coast IPA good!!!

RADIANT X AMBITIOUS - HAZY COLLAB DROP TODAY!

Local Band Showcase - Hazy IPA with Citra Dynaboost, Strata, Citra, Cashmere and Mosaic Hyperboost 7.0% ABV

We had a rad day brewing, hanging and drinking spaghetts with our friends @radiantbeerco. We pulled out all the tricks for this beer and packed it in! Dynaboost, T90, and Hyperboost!!!???? The results: pure amazing hazy hoppy goodness. Booming with big aromas of tropical mango/pineapple and smarties candies all while keeping a nice resinous citrus backbone that carries through the beer beautifully! Something that would even make the West Coast IPA fans happy! Come by and try this one while its lasts!

Frodo Foggins - Hazy IPA with Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief 7.2% ABV 

Inspired by our beloved Gandalf the Crisp, we took the base of our NZ style Pils and beefed it up into a mighty foggy one! Pillowy soft with lots of juicy character the @freestylehops Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief are bursting with notes of lime sherbert, starbursts and tropical fruit.

Pandan Perk - Blonde Ale brewed with Pandan, Coconut, Coffee and Vanilla - 5.0% ABV

Pandan is a green leaf tropical plant that has milky whifs of vanilla, coconut, and sweet toast. It is commonly used in Southeast Asian desserts, drinks and even savory dishes as well. 

A super fun variant of Central Perk, Pandan Perk is a Palatable Pinoy take on our beloved coffee beer that is truly unique and completes our special releases to celebrate Filipino American History Month.

Three Filipino American-owned Los Angeles breweries, @ambitiousales (Long Beach) @brewyardbeerco (Glendale) and @fivepointfivebrewing (El Segundo) have collaborated in the best Kababayan spirit to formulate a Special Fil Am inspired beer in celebration of Filipino American History Month:

Jolli Beer is a crafted peach and mango lager inspired by the one and only Peach Mango Pie.

This growing group of Breweries known as "The MaBrewhay Collective," will continue to contribute to the ever-evolving Filipino American Story. Cheers to history; maraming salamat for enjoying it with us!
