New Bistro - Hazy IPA with Citra, El Dorado and Vista 6.5% ABV

We are so excited to drop a fresh beer for the new year that’s brewed with 100% of our selected hops this year from @yakimachief and @hollingberyhops. It’s a true showcase of what we like in our hazy program and it’s so well represented. We are getting notes of Orange Creamsicle, Hop Fields, and a blast of fresh tropical fruit!  For the brewers reading this post, the beer name and label is a IYKYK about YKM Airport 😂!

For those unfamiliar with the story behind GOLD BROTHERS: Same recipe. 24 hours. Two different brew systems. And also a lot of friendship and tortas in between.

These are two beautiful West Coast IPAs with Citra, Nelson, and Citra Dynaboost and they’re both available today! Frodo Foggins - Hazy IPA with Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief 7.2% ABV 

Inspired by our beloved Gandalf the Crisp, we took the base of our NZ style Pils and beefed it up into a mighty foggy one! Pillowy soft with lots of juicy character the @freestylehops Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief are bursting with notes of lime sherbert, starbursts and tropical fruit.

Your GABF gold medal winning Hazy IPA is back on draft and 4-packs to-go!

Hopped with Citra, Nelson and Motueka, this hazy is intensely juicy, fruity, with Papaya and gooseberry on the nose, jasmine tea on the tongue and rounded out with a zesty citrus forward finish.

Pandan Perk - Blonde Ale brewed with Pandan, Coconut, Coffee and Vanilla - 5.0% ABV

Pandan is a green leaf tropical plant that has milky whifs of vanilla, coconut, and sweet toast. It is commonly used in Southeast Asian desserts, drinks and even savory dishes as well. 

A super fun variant of Central Perk, Pandan Perk is a Palatable Pinoy take on our beloved coffee beer that is truly unique and completes our special releases to celebrate Filipino American History Month.

Three Filipino American-owned Los Angeles breweries, @ambitiousales (Long Beach) @brewyardbeerco (Glendale) and @fivepointfivebrewing (El Segundo) have collaborated in the best Kababayan spirit to formulate a Special Fil Am inspired beer in celebration of Filipino American History Month:

Jolli Beer is a crafted peach and mango lager inspired by the one and only Peach Mango Pie.

This growing group of Breweries known as "The MaBrewhay Collective," will continue to contribute to the ever-evolving Filipino American Story. Cheers to history; maraming salamat for enjoying it with us!

Club Run - West Coast Pils with Chinook, Luminosa, Simcoe and Krush Hyperboost 5.8% ABV 

A first for us, a West Coast Pils! This super crusher is packed with the ultimate hoppy punch but with the drinkability of a crispy pils!  Bursting with big notes of Sweet Tropical Fruit from @indiehops Luminosa + @yakimachief Krush, Citrus Punch from @doublerhop Simcoe + @crosbyhops Chinook, and all rounded out with a nice danky undertone! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

WATER YUZU DOIN?!

HEY YOU! 

Water Yuzu Doin?! - Gose with Yuzu and Watermelon - 5.0% 

Hehe :) This recipe was crafted in collaboration with our wonderful Taproom Team! They joined us on the brew deck and whipped up a fun and tasty treat for ya’ll. This Gose was dosed with Yuzu puree, Yuzu peel, Watermelon (OH YEA) and Watermelon Terpenes. The result is a tart and refreshingly balanced fruited Gose with undertones of coriander and sea salt.   

We are nothing without our FOH Crew and we’re extremely thankful for the service they provide to you. They’re awesome at maintaining a standard of professionalism that fosters kindness, equality, accountability and respect. Das Knolls - OKTOBERFEST - German Style Festbier - 5.8% 

This pale German Lager has malt forward flavourations delicately balanced with Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops. Complete with notes of sweet bread, slightly floral n’ fruity resulting in a smooth, clean, light and drinkable experience.
