HAVE YOU EVER TRIED THIS ONE? - West Coast IPA with Pink Boots Hop Blend and El Dorado. 6.8% ABV 

We had the great pleasure of hosting our first Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day last month, and it was nothing short of an awesome day of education, collaboration, and beers!

We took this year’s Pink Boots Hop Blend from @yakimachief. The blend features  Krush™, Simcoe®, Mosaic®, and Chinook! All grown by women-owned farms and features hand-selected lots from  Jessica Riel of Double ‘R’ Farms, Reggie Brulotte of Brulotte Farms, and Erica Lorentz of Lakeside Ranches. 

On brewday, the team selected some of our fresh 2024 El Dorado from @hollingberyhops for an additional dry hop. The beer is bursting with bright Citrus and pine notes, all backed up by a nice tropical punch!

Through our humble beginnings as home brewers and 6 years of making beers in Bixby LB, we never would have imagined achieving GABF Gold for our core Hazy - Professional Human Being. So we thought, HEY, it’s a celebration! Let’s be a coupla silly billies and make a 10.5% version of it 😳 WHY NOT?

It’s like going to the Beyond section of a Bed Bath and… Dry hopped to the max for max power resulting in ludicrous yields but hey that’s show biz baby! 

Big & Juicy but not that boozy. Tropical fruit aromas explode into your senses like you’re dancing to We Got The Funk with Christopher Walken. Notes of Papaya, Gooseberry, Guava & Pineapple!

CLEVER GIRL - Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial stout, 13% ABV 

Available NEXT SUNDAY 3/23, DAY THREE of our Anniversary Celebration! 

This BIG ONE is an amalgamation of imperial stouts that were originally aged in Heaven Hill Barrels in January 2022, Clyde’s May Barrels in December 2022, blended together and additionally aged in one single Blanton’s Gold Barrel in March 2024. 

Clever Girl was conditioned on hefty amounts of Madagascar vanilla beans to balance the Bite and bring out notes of dark chocolate, brownie batter and Robert Muldoon.  

This liquid beast has journeyed through a multitude of eclectic bourbon barrels and our patience is being rewarded. We’re really proud and excited to share it with you!

6FT TURKEY - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine 12% ABV

This 1.5 year old barelywine has been resting quietly in Russells Reserve Barrels and we found the best one to do a perfect single barrel release! 

Boosting big flavors of bananas foster, gooey caramel and spicy vanilla! This is one well rounded and smooth turkey!

PINK POLO CLUB - Shandy conditioned with Calamansi, Meyer Lemon, Sweet Lime and Hibiscus 5.0% ABV

When we watched Jurassic Park for inspiration we didn’t realize that nearly the entire J.P. staff was wearing Pink Polos, hence: Pink Polo Club, which is a blend of base lager plus a trio of  effervescent citrus juices comprised of freshly squeezed Calamansi, Meyer Lemon, Sweet Lime and then carefully dosed with hibiscus tea, resulting in a bright rosé tint. 

Semi-sweet, slightly-tart, crispy and refreshing. We can’t wait to share this one with y’all!

New Bistro - Hazy IPA with Citra, El Dorado and Vista 6.5% ABV

We are so excited to drop a fresh beer for the new year that’s brewed with 100% of our selected hops this year from @yakimachief and @hollingberyhops. It’s a true showcase of what we like in our hazy program and it’s so well represented. We are getting notes of Orange Creamsicle, Hop Fields, and a blast of fresh tropical fruit!  For the brewers reading this post, the beer name and label is a IYKYK about YKM Airport 😂!

Frodo Foggins - Hazy IPA with Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief 7.2% ABV 

Inspired by our beloved Gandalf the Crisp, we took the base of our NZ style Pils and beefed it up into a mighty foggy one! Pillowy soft with lots of juicy character the @freestylehops Motueka and Kohia Motueka Hop Kief are bursting with notes of lime sherbert, starbursts and tropical fruit.

GABF GOLD FOR PROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING

Your GABF gold medal winning Hazy IPA is back on draft and 4-packs to-go!

Hopped with Citra, Nelson and Motueka, this hazy is intensely juicy, fruity, with Papaya and gooseberry on the nose, jasmine tea on the tongue and rounded out with a zesty citrus forward finish.
