Water Yuzu Doin?! - Gose with Yuzu and Watermelon - 5.0% 

Hehe :) This recipe was crafted in collaboration with our wonderful Taproom Team! They joined us on the brew deck and whipped up a fun and tasty treat for ya’ll. This Gose was dosed with Yuzu puree, Yuzu peel, Watermelon (OH YEA) and Watermelon Terpenes. The result is a tart and refreshingly balanced fruited Gose with undertones of coriander and sea salt.   

We are nothing without our FOH Crew and we’re extremely thankful for the service they provide to you. This pale German Lager has malt forward flavourations delicately balanced with Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops. Complete with notes of sweet bread, slightly floral n’ fruity resulting in a smooth, clean, light and drinkable experience.

A new WCIPA to refresh you on these hot summer days! This is a super fun one brewed  with 100% Oregon-grown @indiehops, featuring Luminosa, Audacia and Chinook! We built this recipe on our favorite style of base malts to let these hops shine! Bursting with aromatic notes of Candied Orange Peel, Currants, and a resinous floral finish! Highly crisp and refreshing, finishing off at 7% ABV

Positano Pils - Italian Style Pilsner 5% ABV 

A perfectly crisp Pils dry hopped with Saphir, which adds an herbal element with a lovely touch of citrus, berry and currant.  Thirst quenching for this warm weather we’re having! And hey, it also makes a great Spaghett with our house made Red Bitter Amaro!

We’re excited to bring back one of our favorites from last year, but this time in cans too! This one’s for all the old school craft beer enthusiasts who love a classic malt forward profile with subtle roasty-toasty flavors. Finishes real nice, dry, clean and crisp.

I’M JUST EASIN’ THE TENSION BABY! NEW COLLAB DROP TODAY!

All in the HIIPS - West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Riwaka, and Nelosn Hop Kief from @freestylehops 7.2% ABV. Collab with @riipbeer!

This was a fun one! We teamed up with our good buds @riipbeer while bonding over our love for golf and the sandman, we dreamt up All in the HIIPS! Making a WCIPA that was truly a balance of both our house brewing styles. Starting with a super pale malt base to showcase the massive punch of Mosaic and Riwaka we threw in both the kettle and dry hop, then just a kiss of Hop Kief to round it out! Booming with big notes of dankness, pink grapefruit, melon, and fruit from the tropics!

Grab a 4-pack and a pour on draft today, this won’t last long!
